Biography: They lit the torch for the first time in 2005 and had a great summer exploring the art of fire. They kept the flame burning at different places around Sweden but like the olympic fire that always find it's way home they where brought together and early in 2010 Seraphines was formed.

For practise:

Rubber Flower Poi
Sock Poi - put about 2 dl of unboiled rice (of course) in a small plastic bag, then into your favourite kneesock. Tie a handle, repeat with sock No 2 and start swinging. Easy to make, will cost you almost nothing and way more soft to swing in your head than real poi. Good luck!

The special fuel which professional fireartists use ARE unhealthy, but we know how to use it and also when not to.
Don't try to play with fire with wrong and dangerous fuel on your barbequeparty in the backyard. The nursing staff at your local hospital doesn't miss you that much.
